These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online course, and all associated content, features, downloads, services, and digital materials (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service or enrolling in HeartWise: The Complete Recovery Blueprint, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • Not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account

  • Provide accurate and honest information during any registration process

  • Refrain from any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

5. Payments

Access to the HeartWise course may require a one-time payment or subscription. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment platform.

No refunds will be issued.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes course content, pricing, or features. We are not liable for any impact these changes may cause.

7. Third-Party Links

MyCardio.Fit may contain links to external sites or services. These are provided for your convenience, and we do not endorse or control these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party resources.

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • That the content is accurate, complete, or reliable

  • That use of the Service will produce any particular health outcome

  • That the platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYCARDIO.FIT, ITS OWNERS, COURSE CREATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, or financial harm resulting from your decisions based on course content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCardio.Fit, HeartWise course creators, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use or misuse of the Service

  • Any breach of your representations or warranties

  • Any injury or loss related to your participation in the program

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use course content will be revoked.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or arbitration panels of Illinois.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
